If your loved one is near the end of their life:

If you're loved on received a terminal diagnosis, you might find yourself heartbroken and in grief -- Even if they're still alive.

One of my roles as a Death Doula is not just to comfort the dying, but also to bring relief to the family.

While we would do anything for the people we love, care taker burn out is a real, valid thing -- You might find yourself struggling to both care for them, and meet the demands of your own life.

If this is you, understand that this is a really common thing, and there's no reason at all to feel guilty.

Whatever you need assistance with, I can take some of those practical care tasks off of your plate, so you can spend more quality time with your loved one while they're still here.

Grief is complicated.

Bringing care to care takers.

Death is a part of life, but for many of us, it’s something we’ve never been taught how to face.

I offer education, guidance, and compassionate support to loved ones so that you can approach the end of life with clarity, comfort, and dignity.  Learning what to expect — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — can take away much of the mystery and fear that surrounds dying.

With my guidance, you and your loved ones can talk meaningfully about death without judgment. These conversations can bring relief, healing, and a deeper sense of connection.  People often say things like, "Wow. I've never discussed these things with anyone before."

After your loved one passes, I can also offer comforting grief support to you and your family.   so the end of life can be met with clarity, comfort, and love.
